Imam's Guideline
Sheikh Ali Sulaiman Ali is the Imam of all Prayers. In his absence, the following brothers are assigned to lead the prayers in order: Br. Munir Khawaja Br. Hikmat Kabbani Br. Abdul Badai Abou-Samra In their absence, then the following floor members will assign someone from the Musalees: Br. Noor Muhammad Br. Mumtaz Br. Tahir If none of the above, then the Musalees should choose the most righteous and knowledgeable from amongst the group.


Masjid Usage Guidelines
There is a separate prayer/wudu/bathroom area for brothers and sisters. Both Prayer Area’s should only be used within the Islamic Shariah which includes: Prayers Islamic Lectures or Seminars Qiyam-ul-Lal or Aitikaf Children’s Day Care on special occasions Marriage and all other Islamic Ceremonies according to Islamic etiquette Funeral Services YMFA/MSA meetings with adult supervision Both Prayer Areas should not be used for: Private Gatherings without the permission of the Masjid Committee Private Educational Classes without proper permissions No Food or Shoes are allowed inside the Masjid


Prayer Timings
All perpetual prayer timings including the Azan Timings are posted on the Iqama Timings Page of this website and inside the Masjid, next to the Mumbar. For any ambiguity or changes to Iqama Times, Please contact MCWS Masjid Committee Coordinator or the MCWS Assistant Administrator There are two Juma'ah (Friday) Prayers with their timings fixed throughout the year. They are: First Azan – 12:40 pm Second Azan – 1:40 pm Juma'ah Prayers end latest by 1:15 pm and 2:15 pm Juma'ah Prayers timings deosn't change with the start/end of Daylight Saving Time. Prayers Starts 30 mins after the Azan.


Friday Prayer GuideLines
All Juma'ah Khutbahs are pre-assigned and approved by the Imam Sh. Ali. Click here for Friday Imam Schedule. Please consult Sh. Ali if you have any complaint or suggestions. No one is allowed to stand or give talk at any time without proper approval.


Masjid Speaking Policy
Whosoever wishes to speak or address the Jamah and Salah, must attain permission from Sheikh Ali Sulaiman Ali or MCWS Board members. Views expressed by individuals are not necessarily endorsed by MCWS or MEC.


Masjid Overnight Stay Policy
No one is allowed to stay overnight inside the Masjid after Isha Salat. Masjid will be closed after Isha Salat No Exceptions except in Ramadan for Aitikaf or Qiyam-ul-Layl
