The purpose of this Constitution and Bylaws is to set forth the basis of the Muslim Community of Western Suburbs of Detroit, Michigan (MCWS). And to set forth its function on the basis of faith that there is no God but Allah and Muhammad is the last messenger of Allah (Seal of prophethood).
